Delivery: All orders are packed and addressed to the information provided. If for any reason you have entered the incorrect details you will be responsible for any further shipping costs. All items sent will require a signature which covers both parties should the item not turn up or arrive damaged. Orders are usually dispatched within 7 working days, often sooner. Some overseas parcels can take up to three – six weeks or longer to arrive so please be patient, however we will keep you updated on any delays. We only use UPS for deliveries with full tracking capabilities.
Customs: Please note any customs charge must be paid for by you and we cannot alter the values on the shipping label
Payment: Orders can be paid for using Paypal. A PayPal account is not required, you can just use your credit/debit card via PayPal. Payment and items are covered by Paypal’s protection service. Details can be found on their website. BACS payments can be accepted, but you should contact us in advance to arrange this.
Ordering: All orders are placed in a cart system. Once you are happy with your selection(s) you can proceed to the checkout. The shipping cost is calculated by your delivery address and worldwide zones. Shipping Rates can be found on the FAQ page.
Returns: We offer a no quibble return policy on all orders. If an order needs to be sent back for a refund due to damage we will cover return postage. However if you simply change your mind you will incur the return postage charge. You must notify us within 7 days If you wish to return or cancel your order. Once the model is returned to us we will process the refund. Note that personalised items may not be eligible for a full refund.
